Remote Sensing & Digital Analysis Work

  • Used a combination of aerial imaging and LiDAR data to create a hillshade of a portion of Forest Park in order to determine the feasibility of mushroom habitat.

Spatial Analysis Work

  • Used PSU work order data, which catalogs different tasks by building, and a weighted composite analysis to select the most labor-intensive buildings. This analysis revealed areas of campus that would potentially benefit from increased security patrols and the placement of waste containers.
